Blake Weiman is an associate attorney with Zoll & Kranz. He started at Zoll & Kranz, LLC as a law clerk and is continuing his legal career here at ZK. As an associate attorney, Blake is involved in mass torts, MDL cases, as well as other complex and personal injury litigation.

Blake graduated cum laude from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2020, earning his Juris Doctor degree. In law school, he was a recipient of the Dean’s Law Scholarship and received multiple Highest Ranking and Dean’s List awards. Blake was a two-year member of the Toledo Law Labor & Employment Law Moot Court team, a member of the Moot Court Executive Board, and competed as a finalist in the Charles W. Fornoff oral advocacy completion, where he was named Best Oralist by a panel of three federal judges. Upon graduation, Blake was inducted into the Order of the Barristers and was selected for the CourtCall Oral Advocacy Award.

Blake was admitted to the bar of the District of Columbia in January 2021 and has been granted Practice Pending Admission Certification through the Supreme Court of Ohio, enabling him to practice law while he awaits full admission to the Ohio Bar. Blake is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, D.C. Bar Association, Toledo Bar Association, and American Association for Justice.
