Another Weight Loss Drug with Hidden Ingredient

Zoll & Kranz, LLC has previous posts on weight loss drugs having hidden ingredients and the danger.  It turns out the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is still finding weight loss drugs that may be harmful.

Recently reported in the FDA Public Notification, their laboratory analysis confirmed that LX1 contains DMAA.  DMAA is also know
as dimethylamylamine, methylhexanamine or geranium extract.  This particular ingredient if ingested may cause cardiovascular problems such as heart attack, shortness of breath and tightening of the chest.

The FDA advises that consumers stop using this product immediately and to throw it away.  Furthermore they explain, if a consumer has experienced a negative side effect from consuming LX1 they should consult a health care professional right away, as well as report any adverse events.
