Has There Been a Keurig Coffee Maker Recall?

Has There Been a Keurig Coffee Maker Recall?

Do you own a Keurig single cup coffee maker? Several reported burn incidents have led the maker of Keurig single cup coffee makers to initiate a massive product recall for units with certain serial numbers.

According to NBC News, Keurig Green Mountain is recalling 6.6 million of the single cup homebrew machines. The Mini Plus Brewing Systems with model number K10 can allegedly overheat and spray water during brewing.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced the recall last month. The recalled systems all reportedly have the number “31” printed on the bottom and were sold online and in retail stores in the U.S. and Canada between 2009 and 2014.

People who are concerned about the machines can call Keurig at 1-844-255-7886 to arrange free repair.
