Tepezza, also known as Teprotumumab, is an infusion therapy drug used to treat Thyroid Eye Disease (TED). It is manufactured by Horizon Therapeutics PLC and was first approved by the FDA in January 2020.
There are reports of serious hearing complications following Tepezza use, including hearing loss, tinnitus, sensations of ears being plugged, and autophony (enhanced perception of bodily sounds). If you received Tepezza infusions and later experienced a listed injury, you may have a claim.
Data from a Horizon Therapeutics Inc.-funded study showed hearing complications in about 10% of patients.
